How to upload images for your BVAA Member Gallery Page

Pick 5 pieces of your art. Take digital images of these pieces. Think about the order you'd like them to appear (01, 02, 03, 04, 05) and name the images using this method: first initial of your first name followed by the first 4 letters of your last name followed by that two digit number representing the order. Use all lower case letters.

i.e. John Smith has 5 images and has named them jsmit01, jsmit02, jsmit03, jsmit04, jsmit05

After emailing us for the username/password for our ftp, connect to the site and upload the images.

If you're unfamiliar with this process and would rather attach the images to an email, you can also do that. Or if you'd like to bring them to one of our meetings, you can do that as well. If you don't have a digital camera or scanner, contact us.
